There are many different types of fear which are able to influence all sorts of individuals, both women no matter what their sex. These extend from the normal, which might include fear of enclosed spaces to the more subtle phobia like fear of sex, fear of aloneness; others in this group include fear of intimacy. In short there is nothing, be it entity, or concept, that may not be the focus of fear in some persons. there’s no doubt we are biologically programmed to have anxietyfear – it’s a protective mechanism that keeps us away from objects which can be aversive. Regrettably in our current society there are so many sources of stimulation that it’s very simple for our adrenaline mechanism to go into hyperactivity, and for adrenaline to flow constantly in a person’s body, winding them up to a state of high arousal and peak fear even when there is no clear threat. We don’t take the time to relax and slow secretion of adrenaline. An excellent way to stop this is to use a self-growth program like overcoming fear. Certainly, in our development the fight or flight system was needed in the maintenance of our health. Unfortunately, nowadays the fight or flight response can set up fears. A common one is
